Robert Sutphen
Founder, CEO
Bob Sutphen is the founder and thought leader behind LD Systems. With over 27 years of experience, he’s been a major player in changing the industry and bringing data-driven solutions to clients all over the US. Bob got his BS degree from Tennessee Temple University, combining his tech skills with smart business know-how. He worked as an IT Director and Assistant Division Manager for a 650,000 square foot regional distribution center serving thousands of stores and restaurants before starting LD Systems in 1996. Bob wanted to meet the unique needs of distribution centers and warehouses.
Thanks to Bob’s leadership, LD Systems is still a top name in the industry, providing all-around support and cutting-edge solutions for streamlining operations.

Hope Worley
Vice President of Administration
Hope Worley, the VP of Administration and the backbone of LD Systems, is a multifaceted individual with a diverse skill set. In her role as VP of Administration, she seamlessly juggles multiple responsibilities behind the scenes. Beyond managing the company’s finances and overseeing accounts payable and receivable, she handles all HR-related tasks and even contributes to the purchasing department. With an extensive background in healthcare, spanning decades, Hope joined LD Systems in late 2020, bringing her invaluable expertise to the team.

Rob Railis
Director of Sales and Marketing
Rob Railis is the Director of Sales and Marketing at our company. With over 30 years of combined experience in sales and marketing, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role. Rob is responsible for leading the sales team, building brand awareness, and developing inbound lead generation strategies. He holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing communication from Thomas Edison State College.

Paul Baddick
Senior Integrated Solutions Specialist
Paul Baddick is currently a Senior Integrated Solutions Specialist at LD Systems. He joined our team with over twenty-five years of distribution design experience. Paul studied Mechanical Engineering at Penn State University and is also a Military Veteran serving in the United Sates Army where he received an Honorable Discharge.

Tyler West is an Integrated Solutions Specialist for LD Systems. He joined our team with over 10 years of material handling and warehouse integration experience. Cody Hall, an Integrated Solutions Specialist for LD Systems, came into this industry six years ago after attending Towson University. He enjoys his time at LD Systems because it is not just a material handling company but a complete systems integrator. Working closely with customers and streamlining their processes is a joy to him.

Chad Allen works as both a Project Manager and an Account Manager. He came to LD Systems with extensive experience in sales and installation of specialty construction products. Chad has a BSBA in Marketing from Ohio State University.

Sam Wells
Inside Sales Representative
After retiring from a career in grocery and pharmacy distribution, Sam Wells joined LD Systems in 2016. As an inside sales representative, he spends his time introducing LD Systems products and services to new customers. Sam is a graduate of the University of West Florida.

Jim LaLiberte
Senior Solutions Development Engineer
Jim LaLiberte is a Senior Solutions Development Engineer with LD Systems. Jim first came to LD Systems in 2018, took a brief hiatus in 2021 and returned in 2023. Jim has over 30 years of industrial technology experience. He is well versed in sales, design, engineering, and project management. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Stout with a degree in Industrial Technology.

Ricardo Martinez
Ricardo came to LD Systems seven years ago after graduating from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with a degree in Aerospace & Mechanical Engineering. Ricardo is a seasoned designer with extensive experience with 3D CAD Modeling and several other software to create visually appealing, realistic designs for clients.
